Return & Refund Policy

At Luminara, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Luminara.sales@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items without original packaging

Change-of-mind purchases


Order Cancellations

After fulfillment, we cannot cancel or refund your order unless the product is defective/damaged.
